They usually have most of the parts I need in stock, which is a big plus and saves a lot of time. The inventory and availability are definitely one of their strengths. However, the customer service at the front desk could be improved. The staff doesn’t always seem welcoming, and there have been times when I’ve stood waiting for assistance without being acknowledged. It often feels like you have to get someone’s attention before they help you. A simple greeting and acknowledgment when customers walk in would make a big difference in the overall experience. Good place for parts, but customer service could be more attentive and friendly.

this has to be the best dealership on planet Earth between the nice people and the Mechanic who did my job in five minutes. I’m shocked . I’ve never seen this in 63 years of life. They have the best customer service of any dealership in America. And To the person, the truck driver who hit me 100 miles north of exit 7 freightliner , when I was on the shoulder of the road and tore my mirror off. Thank you for almost killing me.

They have done all of the work on my truck since I purchased in brand new, and I'm now at 850,000 miles and still running strong. They're not cheap, but as the saying goes, "Good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good..." They keep me rolling. I like everyone that works here. Most of them know me by name and they always say Hi. Chucky is the guy to know and I can't say enough good things about him. Always helpful, always knowledgeable.

Needed a couple of Chassis batteries for my class A motor home and Skylar got me in and out in an hour and a half! Great service and really good people. Best Freightliner experience I have ever had!

We fulltime RV with our Western Star tractor, our Jeep, and a 40 Luxe trailer so we came to this dealer with special needs. Our service rep Skylar Fox was fantastic. Very responsive to our requests and getting us costs. The work done was great and was done in a super timely manner. This company and specifically Skylar Fox made this a wonderful experience. Thanks to everyone who worked on our rig and got us back on the road.
